Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/chemistry/materials science or related field.
• 7+ years in quality assurance with laboratory operations or incident management systems.
• Proven leadership of laboratory teams in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for laboratory operations and technical staff focusing on performance management, workflow efficiency, and staff development.
• Oversee daily lab operations and prioritize work to meet business needs.
• Manage comprehensive PER logistics from initiation through material handling, analysis, review, and closeout.
• Ensure timely lab review of all PER according to protocols and remove bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and drive improvements.
• Communicate critical findings to QA, Application Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Develop and manage KPIs for laboratory operations.
