Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Global QSR, Food Service, and Supply Assurance programmes. The role requires extensive food safety expertise and leadership in managing multi-country audits for restaurant and franchise networks.

Based in the USA with proximity to Lansing, MI, you will support ongoing client delivery and continuous improvement. You will act as the main technical liaison, driving governance, risk assessment, and action plans while collaborating with LRQA teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in food safety or a related science.
Lead Auditor qualification in QMS/FSMS.
10+ years in food safety, quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or risk management.
3+ years managing strategic customer relationships or complex global programmes.
Experience in multi-site and multinational QSR, restaurant, or food service environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the client's principal technical contact and manage the named account relationship.
Understand the client's QSR and food service operating model and risk landscape.
Lead the implementation and ongoing technical management of multi-country programmes.
Ensure consistent programme execution across regions, business units and franchisee networks.
Support onboarding of new resources through auditor training and calibration processes.
Conduct auditor assessments and shadow audits.
