Job summary

GPTech is seeking an Inspector (Quality Control) to support the DOS IDIQ contracts. The inspector will oversee the QA program, review contractor QC, and ensure compliance with general conditions, CEP, CPS, CEPS, and project manuals. Travel worldwide is required.

The role includes coordinating with OBO project staff, maintaining QA logs, developing as-built documentation, and preparing monthly reports. A two-year degree and 7+ years in commercial construction are expected, with PE registration

Qualifications

• Two-year degree and 7+ years in commercial building construction.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction standards and codes.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance and travel worldwide.
• Experience with multi-donor projects (USAID/World Bank) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA program and approve contractor QC.
• Review contracts and project documents for compliance.
• Maintain QA non-conformance and inspection logs.
• Track material inventory and field sketches.
• Ensure as-built drawings and warranties are delivered.
• Prepare monthly QA/QC reports and support contract changes.
