Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supplier expediting or international purchasing.
- Experience with international supplier delivery performance and complex issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; Epicor preferred.
- Education aligned with supply chain; APICS a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, and shipment status to identify risks.
- Investigate overdue orders and coordinate with suppliers for updates.
- Drive on-time delivery and escalate performance issues.
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate recovery for delays.
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and shipping teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize materials and resolve disruptions.
- Maintain PO, supplier, and delivery data in ERP.
- Identify recurring issues and support process improvements to reduce delays.
