Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supplier expediting, international purchasing, or supply chain.
Experience managing international supplier delivery performance and resolving complex supply issues.
Experience with suppliers, carriers, freight providers, or logistics partners.
Experience with international shipments, customs processes, and shipment documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems; Epicor experience preferred.
Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor open purchase orders, supplier commitments, and shipment status to identify delivery risks and material shortages.
Investigate overdue or stalled orders with suppliers to obtain status updates and recovery plans.
Drive suppliers to meet committed delivery dates and resolve performance issues.
Track critical inbound shipments and coordinate recovery for missing or delayed shipments.
Work with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and shipping teams to resolve transportation issues.
Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Operations, Warehousing, and Quality to prioritize materials and resolve disruptions.
Maintain accurate purchase order, supplier, and delivery information within the ERP system.
Identify recurring supply chain issues and support process improvements.
