Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years, Master plus 8 years, or Doctorate plus 6 years in biopharmaceuticals.
• 3–5+ years in scientific publications/publication planning in a global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, trial design, biostatistics, and data reporting.
• Deep knowledge of GPP, authorship and disclosure; CMPP preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies in publications.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global publication plan aligned with medical strategy and evidence plans.
• Lead publication team meetings and oversee abstracts, manuscripts and presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and others.
• Ensure SOPs, GPP, ICMJE compliance and proper authorship disclosure.
• Plan publications as reusable evidence assets and provide source packages.
