Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare discipline.
• 6–10 years of biopharmaceutical industry or related experience.
• 3+ years in scientific publications/publication planning in a global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical trial design, biostatistics, and clinical data reporting.
• Knowledge of publication practices, authorship requirements, disclosure standards, and reporting guidelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies within publications or scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.
