Job summary

HP's Public Sector team seeks a Sr. Public Sector Program Manager to orchestrate the Global Public Sector COE pillar on Security, aligning strategy with execution across Federal, state and local governments worldwide.

The role emphasizes data-driven portfolio management, cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating impact for HP’s public sector customers with focus on Secure Supply Chain and Cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or related field.
• Experience with Public Sector segment preferred and global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define the work plan and lead execution of the Public Sector Security pillar for HP Global Public Sector COE.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to collect, prioritize and create aligned PORs for global markets.
• Coordinate between GBU, Category and Market/Country teams for disciplined cadence and best practices.
• Accelerate segment business outcomes and customer impact through COE PMO.
