The role focuses on expanding HP’s defence market opportunity across multiple regions and leading cross-functional, executive-aligned campaigns, events, and content strategies to accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of B2B technology, public sector, government, or defence marketing experience.
• Proven experience leading global or cross-regional marketing programs.
• Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, integrated campaigns, demand generation, events, ABM, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate Global Public Sector marketing priorities across regions.
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to goals and opportunities.
• Align campaign strategies, messaging, content, events, and enablement across global and regional teams.
• Lead defence market strategy to grow defence TAM and pipeline across priority markets.
• Develop defence-focused go-to-market strategies aligned to procurement cycles and modernization priorities.
• Coordinate HP’s presence at major defence events and executive engagements.
• Drive ABM programs for strategic accounts and partner-led motions.
• Track and optimize global marketing impact and provide actionable insights.
