Job summary

Virtru is seeking a Global Public Sector Operations Director to scale our government business. You will own processes, cross-functional alignment, and multi-year roadmaps to accelerate growth across U.S. Federal, DoD/IC, and international government segments.

The role requires extensive public sector operations experience, strong procurement knowledge, and the ability to lead a distributed team while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, sales operations, or program management with public sector focus.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
• Experience building and scaling operations for a high-growth public sector technology business.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable operational strategy for Virtru's Global Public Sector business (federal, DoD/IC, and international).
• Build and manage multi-year roadmaps and budgets aligned to growth targets.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape market strategy and resource prioritization.
• Define and maintain the public sector sales forecasting process and align cross-functional teams.
• Manage government contracting vehicles, channel partners, and international expansion.
