You will manage government relations, public policy, and stakeholder engagement to support expansion and risk mitigation. This role partners across Plexus to anticipate external risks, build relationships with policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and community leaders, and align business priorities with public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Political Science, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Government Affairs, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Crisis Communications, or Corporate Communications.
• Direct selling industry experience at the corporate level preferred.
• Strong understanding of government relations, public policy, advocacy, and reputation management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with credibility with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government relations strategies at local, state, federal, and international levels.
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and other stakeholders to advance objectives.
• Identify emerging issues and develop proactive response strategies.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, position papers, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Support corporate social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
