Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a strategic Corporate Affairs Manager to align business priorities with public perception through government relations, public policy, and community engagement. This role partners across Plexus to anticipate external risks and opportunities and expand the company’s influence in the direct selling industry and beyond.

The position offers broad exposure to senior leadership, international expansion, and the chance to shape strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Political Science, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, writing, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with diplomacy and presence to build external credibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government relations strategies at local, state, national, and international levels.
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and recommend company positions.
• Represent Plexus with government, industry, and external organizations.
• Provide external intelligence, stakeholder insights, and escalation of risks and opportunities.
