Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in Public Affairs, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional, cross-market, or agency contributors.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high discretion and composure.

Responsibilities

• Global Public Affairs capability building across the global network with playbooks and guidance.
• Lead global Public Affairs projects end-to-end including planning, coordination, delivery, and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing to improve effectiveness.
• Monitor external developments and translate insights for leadership and markets.
• Strengthen connectivity, visibility, and impact of the global Public Affairs function.
