Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a senior leader to shape global public affairs and government engagement, guiding policy, geopolitical insights, and enterprise priorities. This VP role coordinates cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and advance the company’s prestige beauty agenda.

You will monitor regulatory developments, craft advocacy programs, and engage policymakers, trade associations, and coalitions to support Beauty Reimagined across markets.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations or regulatory affairs.
• Strong policy expertise with proven leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence outcomes through relationships and strategic insight.
• Experience advising senior leaders and collaborating across Legal, Compliance and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global public affairs strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on policy risks, geopolitical developments and regulatory issues.
• Lead advocacy efforts to protect business and advance enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Government Affairs and Communications to harmonize positions.
• Translate policy developments into actionable business guidance for executives.
