Job summary

MSD is seeking a Protocol Clinical Supplies Project Manager to design strategic and operational plans for clinical supplies across assigned studies. You will serve as the primary GCS contact with internal and external stakeholders and drive end-to-end supply activities.

You will collaborate with clinical development, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to anticipate risks, establish study timelines, and use SAP/Oracle tools for forecasting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in scientific, business, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, scheduling and coordinating supply chain activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle and MS Office tools; strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a key stakeholder on Clinical Trial Teams and negotiates timelines and strategy for clinical supplies.
• Interacts with clinical development, regulatory, quality and supply chain teams on related topics.
• Establishes timelines for clinical supply needs per study and drives sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.
• Analyzes study risks and develops mitigation strategies in collaboration with partners and leaders.
• Uses SAP, IVR, and other systems to manage forecasts and supply chain data.
