Amazon is seeking a Principal Lead in AWS ProServe to shape global Pan‑Amazon engagement and drive cross‑domain pursuits across Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience. The role requires influencing senior decision‑makers and connecting domain experts to deliver customer outcomes at enterprise scale.

You will lead complex pursuits with regional and international teams, ensuring scalable delivery and measurable impact for strategic customers.

Qualifications

8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

Connect Amazon’s operational excellence to enterprise customers across domains and geographies.
Orchestrate cross-domain pursuits spanning multiple business units; align experts and advance deals.
Serve as ProServe bridge to Strategy and Business Development; raise visibility of capabilities.
Support domain experts in making production‑proven solutions discoverable and deployable across ProServe teams.
Lead milestone reviews and provide evidence for investment decisions as Pan‑Amazon matures.
