Job summary

ePropelled, Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Customer Support & Applications Engineering in Laconia, NH, to build and lead a global team across the USA, UK, and India.

This is a senior engineering leadership role, combining deep technical expertise with customer focus and commercial awareness to enable easy buying, integration, and operation. You’ll own the customer relationship through the full lifecycle—design-in, integration, testing, deployment, and field support—while shaping

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering and industry experience.
• 5+ years of engineering management or technical leadership.
• Experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
• Significant direct interaction with technical customers.
• Pre-Sales Applications Engineering experience.
• Post-Sales, Customer Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, or similar experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and systems engineering capabilities.
• Experience with complex electromechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Pre-Sales Applications Engineers, Post-Sales Support Engineers, Field Applications Engineers, and Customer Applications Engineers.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and develop propulsion/power solutions.
• Establish a Customer Applications & Support Engineering Laboratory at our NH facility.
• Own customer evaluation programs from shipment through technical success and production.
• Develop world-class global technical support processes, standards, training and escalation procedures.
• Work closely with Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing and Sales.
• Serve as a key Voice of the Customer for product and roadmap input.
• Build a culture where customer technical issues are owned through resolution.
