Job summary

OsecoElfab is seeking a Projects Manager to drive the structured delivery of engineered‑to‑order and internal projects across cross‑functional teams. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure clear requirements, milestones and decisions.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and disciplined project planning with continuous improvement of processes and tools, including ERP/CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineered‑to‑order environments.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer and internal projects from initiation through delivery and close‑out.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria for each project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk/issue logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, QA/docs, and other requirements.
• Monitor milestones and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and implement mitigations.
