You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain, define scope and milestones, manage risks and provide clear performance visibility.

The role emphasizes disciplined governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, engineered‑to‑order products, or industrial equipment.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional project delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, production planning, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Project Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned customer and internal projects from initiation through delivery, handover and close‑out.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate project activity across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary project contact, provide clear, timely communication and manage expectations.
• Project Process, Systems and Tools: Apply project workflows, governance, documentation standards and change-control practices.
