Job summary

OsecoElfab, Inc. is seeking a Projects Manager to lead structured, customer-driven projects from initiation through close-out.

The role coordinates across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure clear scope, milestones and decisions, while promoting continuous improvement of project processes and governance. You will drive risk assessment, resource coordination and performance visibility, delivering on-time, on-spec results within an engineered-to-order

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Operations, Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project delivery with strong communication skills.
• Experience with engineering workflows, production planning and quality systems.
• PMP, Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• ERP/CRM proficiency (e.g., D365, Salesforce) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of customer and internal projects from initiation to close-out.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers and status reports.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, testing and quality documentation.
• Monitor milestones and adjust plans to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early.
• Manage changes with governance and proper approvals.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and ensure documented decisions.
