Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and Procore is essential, with ERP coordination and reporting duties throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and PMP is

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong scheduling planning.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; PMI-SP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule development and maintenance using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical staff; update baselines.
• Prepare reports comparing actuals to baseline; monitor progress and variance.
• Maintain resource-loaded schedules and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed of timelines, changes, and risks.
• Document scheduling processes and support ERP engagements.
