Job summary

Shell Lubricants Hub Hamburg is seeking a Refrigeration Project Manager in the Miami metro area to oversee commercial refrigeration construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project plan for commercial refrigeration construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients providing regular status updates on timelines and budgets.
• Oversee field operations including labor, materials, and equipment coordination.
• Maintain all project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor job costs and implement corrective actions to stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and building codes.
• Resolve project issues and manage risks proactively.
