Zusammenfassung

Valiant TMS in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects through design, manufacturing, and commissioning, delivering customized equipment and world-class technology solutions to customers.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, provide technical guidance, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of design and/or production experience in automated production systems or machine tool design and build environments with demonstrated project management.
• Post-secondary education in a technical or engineering field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and management abilities; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; eligible to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects through design, manufacturing, and commissioning phases, delivering customized equipment and technology solutions.
• Review orders and ensure alignment with specifications and approved proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal teams on project matters.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee scope, schedules, and budgets; manage risks and variances.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments; schedule line-up and progress meetings.
• Track changes impacting scope, pricing, or delivery; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues while balancing cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams and allocate resources across design, machining, assembly, and tryout phases.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely delivery of components; arrange customer visits for progress reviews and final buy-off.
