Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Valve Project Manager to lead complex customer projects from quote to shipment and closeout in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, OEMs, distributors, operations, finance, and sales to ensure successful outcomes.

You will serve as the central point of execution across phases, manage risks, uphold delivery commitments, analyze profitability, and contribute to major system initiatives like SAP/ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–7+ years managing complex projects in manufacturing/engineered products.
• Experience with ERP (SAP), reporting tools, and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-order valve projects across OEMs and distributors.
• Monitor delivery commitments and identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate recovery plans and cross-functional actions to resolve delays.
• Lead biweekly project reviews and provide status updates to customers.
• Track shipments, milestones, and completion status.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports.
