Job summary

ITT is seeking an experienced Valve Project Manager in the United States to lead complex customer valve projects from quote to shipment and closeout. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, OEMs, distributors, operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

This role requires 3–7+ years managing manufacturing projects, ERP experience (SAP), and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7+ years of experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environment.
• Prior project management experience including project planning, project execution, quoting, budgeting, etc.
• MS Office proficiency - Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-order valve projects across multiple OEMs and distributors.
• Monitor customer delivery commitments and proactively identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate recovery plans and cross-functional actions to resolve delays.
• Lead biweekly project review meetings and provide status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Track shipment performance, project milestones, and completion status.
• Manage special valve configurations and non-standard project requirements.
• Analyze margin performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Lead internal strategic projects, including new product launches, by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Support major business system initiatives, such as SAP/ERP implementations, as needed.
• Develop KPI’s and associated dashboards and reports.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
