Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Global Project Manager (FSP) to drive global clinical trial delivery from a remote US base. You will coordinate sponsor and organization, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and lead vendor relationships across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities include serving as primary sponsor liaison, ensuring escalation pathways, aligning stakeholders, and delivering successful trials while maintaining cost controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Global Lead Project Manager in clinical trials.
• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• Experience in at least two therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including time, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization.
• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways internally and externally.
• Clarify responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads.
• Be accountable for overall project delivery across time, cost, and quality.
• Demonstrate financial stewardship and manage project budgets.
• Establish and manage customer expectations to support optimal delivery.
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Project Manager (FSP), Remote based in the US to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee global clinical trial project delivery across time, cost, and quality while serving as a key point of coordination between the sponsor and the organization. The position requires strong vendor management, financial stewardship, and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders around clear communication pathways and escalation processes. You will help drive successful execution across diverse therapeutic areas and vendor types, with a focus on proactive risk identification and issue resolution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
