Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Project Manager to oversee electrical generation and load bank projects, from quotes to contracts, domestically and internationally. You will lead project quotes, design considerations, and the execution of contracts within the PMO framework.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage vendors, schedules, and resources for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industrial electric equipment field operations experience.
• Three+ years in electrical systems design or engineering.
• Three+ years of project management experience; PMP is a plus.
• Able to read and comprehend manuals, prints, plans, and schematics.
• Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to travel on average 50% and pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external parties.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to define scope.
• Perform jobsite visits to support quotes and execution.
• Determine equipment and services needs to generate quotes.
• Plan and coordinate project operations for successful execution.
• Determine and manage project quality and reporting measures.
• Generate project documentation such as plans, budgets, logs, and reports.
• Provide data for timely stakeholder communications on progress.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Assist management staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
