Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical generation and load bank projects across the US and beyond. You will design solutions, prepare quotes, and drive contracts from an operations perspective within the PMO framework.

The role requires multi-project oversight, strong organization, and attention to detail. Travel up to 50% is required, with proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial electric equipment field ops experience.
• 3+ years electrical systems design/engineering experience.
• 3+ years project management experience (PMP certification a plus).
• Ability to read and understand technical documents such as manuals, prints, plans and schematics.
• Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to travel about 50% (as required).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to project stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to define scope.
• Perform site visits to support quoting and execution of projects.
• Determine equipment and services needs to generate project quotes.
• Coordinate project operations for successful execution and delivery.
• Generate project documentation (plans, budgets, reports, lessons learned).
• Support project staff with logistics, mobilization/demobilization, and HR.
