Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in industrial electric equipment operations and electrical design. You will lead projects from quote through execution, coordinating vendors, schedules, and documentation across the PMO.

A PMP is a plus, with travel expected up to 50% and strong communication skills essential. Role requires reading technical documents, MS Office proficiency, and a strategic mindset to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents such as manuals, prints, plans, and schematics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine scope of work.
• Perform jobsite visits to support quoting and execution.
• Determine equipment and services needs to generate project quotes.
• Plan and coordinate project operations for successful execution.
• Monitor project quality and reporting measures.
• Generate project documentation: plans, budgets, logs, reports, lessons learned.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders.
• Follow standard operating procedures and support management as needed.
• Assist management staff as needed.
