Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical power and HVAC temporary solutions. You will coordinate multi-project efforts, design quotes, and drive contracts from an operations perspective within the PMO. Travel up to 50% and manage teams across the US and abroad.

The role requires five-plus years in industrial electric equipment operations and three years in design/engineering with PMP a plus. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least five years of industrial electric equipment field operations experience.
• At least three years of electrical systems design or engineering.
• At least three years of project management experience (PMP cert. is a plus).
• Able to read and comprehend technical documents such as manuals, prints, plans, and schematics.
• Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to travel on an average of 50%, as well as pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screening is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine scope of work.
• Perform jobsite visits to provide successful project quoting and execution.
• Determine equipment and services needs to generate project quotes.
• Plan and coordinate project related operations for successful execution.
• Determine and manage project quality and reporting measures as appropriate.
• Generate project documentation such as plans, budgets, logs, reports, summaries, and lessons learned.
• Gather data for timely communications to stakeholders on project progress and status.
• Follow and ensure others follow standard operating procedures.
• Provide assistance to management staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
