Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Global Project Management Supervisor to lead the Infrastructure Solutions PMO, guiding project managers and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. You will drive the NPDI Phase-Gate process, help mature agile practices, and provide portfolio visibility to ITS leadership.

The role requires 6+ years in engineering/project management, PMP or PMI-ACP/DASM/DAC, and 15-20% travel. You will collaborate across global teams to deliver strategic initiatives, while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical degree; electrical engineering preferred.
• At least 6 years in tech product development, engineering/PMO management or related.
• PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP/DASM/DAC or equivalent preferred.
• 15-20% travel domestically/internationally is required.
• Participation in global calls outside normal working hours.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to establish PMO policies and govern project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project managers within the PMO.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Solutions leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive NPDI Phase-Gate process for market/customer relevant projects.
• Develop agile methodologies, processes, and governance.
• Own portfolio dashboard with actionable insights for ITS leaders.
• Prepare project reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support project submissions, approvals, and pipeline management.
• Advise partners on evidence presentation and reporting.
