Job summary

CRDF Global seeks a Project Lead to support the U.S. Department of State and other funders, applying project management best practices to develop and manage technical, financial, and administrative aspects of a small portfolio.

Panamanian work authorization is required. English fluency, 3+ years of project management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree are needed; PMP certification is preferred. Travel 0–25% internationally, with opportunities to contribute to growth and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP preferred.
• Experience with managing projects for government clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes projects using project management best practices for scope, deliverables, schedule, risk, and issues.
• Develops and manages project budgets and forecasts.
• Manages relationships with customers, technical experts, and international stakeholders.
• Leads technical and financial reporting to meet objectives.
• Supports growth via concept development, capture, and partner engagement.
