Responsibilities

• Enter project orders using prescribed tools for Built-To-Order/Engineered-To-Order equipment and components.
• Develop and communicate export shipping and forecasting information to plants.
• Maintain customer profiles and SOPs to service customer needs.
• Coordinate proactive global project management and communicate with internal/external partners.
• Develop export shipment strategies and execute with logistics partners.
• Provide export documentation and manage order invoicing and budget variance.
• Support and mentor junior coordinators and handle high-volume tasks.
• Prioritize tasks to meet service levels and maintain strong customer relationships.
