Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Hodges/Greenwood, SC is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead end-to-end order execution and supplier management. This role includes relocation assistance within the United States and occasional international travel to China.

Responsibilities cover purchase order management, pricing and forecasting, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to align with demand and operational goals. The position offers a competitive salary and incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field by 2028.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work authorization for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa sponsorship.
• Mandarin language skills and/or experience with China/Chinese suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own purchase orders end-to-end, including placement, accuracy, acknowledgments, updates, and closure.
• Oversee order management processes, including pricing, date management, and PO tracking.
• Ensure alignment of orders with approved parts, MOQ, packaging, lead times, and demand forecasts.
• Maintain accurate order tracking, including status, shipments, risks, and closure details.
