Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
• Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
• Experience setting, managing, visualising, and reporting KPIs, including reporting directly to senior/executive-level leadership.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules, including milestone achievement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed, based on project condition and schedule.
• Ability to support evening meetings with Japan as needed, based on project condition and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Defining standard reporting structure and standardised outputs for KPI and milestone reporting. Leading project and trial obeys.


• Supporting pre-production trial activity, including coordinating trial parts orders, schedule creation, and KPI setting/management based on project phase and schedule.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).


• Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
