• Experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturing and safety considerations.
• Ability to analyze and select design execution options to meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily communications to ensure timely project completion across teams.
• Drive design to meet cost, timing, reliability, and high-volume manufacturing goals.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform design analyses (DFMEA, DOE, CAD) and support mass production.
• Support patent searches and contribute to patent development.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
