CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects across the United States. You will develop and maintain schedule and cost baselines, analyze variances, and assist in forecasting while collaborating with project teams.

The successful candidate will lead Earned Value Management activities, monitor progress, and deliver reports to stakeholders, mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules for major projects.
• Create, monitor, and validate time-phased cost baselines and resource forecasts.
• Generate earned value reports and discuss findings with the project manager.
