Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial functions in engineering/manufacturing.
• CPA, CMA, CPIM or MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, including earned value.
• Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash flow for projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement of project controls.
