Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is a global provider of technology and business consulting services seeking a Project Buyer Expeditor in Orlando, FL.

You will participate in day-to-day procurement activities, focusing on tactical execution of purchase orders for materials supporting multiple projects in the New Unit Gas Turbine Business. You will work with internal customers and partners to ensure timely execution, transparency, and effective communication, resolving daily operational issues while building

Qualifications

• Direct procurement experience required (minimum 3 years).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing global organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage work queues and issue purchase orders within required timelines.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure procurement needs are met and involvement is early.
• Manage supplier portfolio; negotiate price increases and resolve invoicing issues.
• Support global procurement methods, processes, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Purchase-to-Pay processes and IT systems.
• Assist supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification.
