We’re seeking a hands-on Program Manager who can lead cross-functional efforts across the organization, manage complex integrations, and drive strategic decisions that move the business forward in a dynamic US market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias to action.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment.
• Clear executive communication and decision framing.
• Fluent use of AI to move faster and reduce ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own complex programs from planning to execution, including M&A and geographic expansion.
• Build the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT, and Tax to align workstreams.
• Create repeatable infrastructure: templates, SOPs, playbooks, and processes.
• Drive decisions by framing tradeoffs and ensuring execution.
• Own program communication and change management for impacted employees.
• Keep the employee experience central during high-change moments.
