The role requires 7+ years managing complex programs, strong communication, governance, and the ability to operate with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Able to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous, decisive and able to structure ambiguity.
• Governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment expertise.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with sponsors and leaders.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and build trust.
• Partner with GBO and other business units; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance: steering committees, decision logs, escalation paths.
• Communicate updates with executive presence to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve program delivery.
