Job summary

MATTR is seeking a Program Manager to lead global cross-functional initiatives across multiple sites and regions. You will align projects with strategic objectives, manage budgets and schedules, and report to executives to drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience and professional certifications. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• One or more certifications: Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Change Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, multi-site initiatives across US, Canada, Germany and China.
• Define program roadmaps and align projects with business objectives.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks and milestones.
• Establish governance, provide status reports and executive updates.
• Coordinate global project teams and standardize project management practices.
