Job summary

DASI is seeking a Program Representative to oversee day-to-day operations between DASI and its partners. You will issue, coordinate, and manage purchase orders, ensuring parts reach customers right first time within lead times, acting as the main contact for daily account matters.

The role requires strong communication, KPI responsiveness, data handling, and a customer-centric, detail-focused approach. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with ERP familiarity and purchasing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus.
• ERP system familiarity
• Project or program experience beneficial
• Purchasing experience beneficial
• Familiarity with aircraft parts and quality requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of the program between DASI and partners.
• Coordinate and manage purchase orders and related processes.
• Ensure parts are delivered on time within lead times.
• Serve as lead point of contact for day-to-day account management.
• Support monthly reviews with metrics and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and risk management.
