Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Program Specialist to support National Accounts by coordinating projects, managing orders, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.

You will partner with Account Managers and internal stakeholders, track activity, and maintain detailed documentation, using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Program Specialist supporting National Accounts through coordination, execution, and follow-through across customer projects and programs.
• Provide global tracking and coordination to ensure consistent execution, visibility, and customer support.
• Manage orders, expedites, and related project activities to meet customer commitments and delivery requirements.
• Partner with Product Line Management, plant teams, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to align priorities and execution needs.
• Participate in customer calls and internal meetings to support communication and follow-up on project actions and updates.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide timely communication on notifications, changes, and status to stakeholders.
• Work with National Account Managers to identify issues, remove barriers, and support business needs using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint; travel as required.
