Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to support National Accounts by coordinating projects, managing orders, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution.

You will work with Account Managers and internal teams to track activity, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery across accounts. The role requires ERP and MS Office proficiency, experience with cross-functional collaboration, and prior exposure to sales support, product line management, or supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross functionally.
• Experience in program coordination, customer operations, sales support, product line management, supply chain, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts or large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating across plants and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs for National Accounts; ensure timely execution.
• Provide global tracking and coordination across accounts.
• Manage orders, expediting, and project activities to meet delivery commitments.
• Partner with Product Line Management, plants, and operations to align priorities.
• Participate in customer calls and internal meetings; drive follow-up on actions.
