Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor of Customer Operations to join our Charlotte, NC team. This role requires leadership in a complex environment, ownership of onboarding and training, and driving process improvements to elevate customer service and operational excellence.

You will partner with Sales, Program Management and Operations to deliver proactive customer solutions, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while shaping a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and onboarding/new hire training; develop team performance.
• Drive optimized workflows to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
• Build networks across commercial and operations contacts for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and others to improve customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and balance workload; escalate as needed in Salesforce.
