Job summary

RDR, Inc. seeks a program resources analyst to support planning, budgeting, and execution for large space development and acquisition programs. You will interact with a multidisciplinary workforce and development contractor to conduct analyses at entry to senior levels as required.

The role involves preparing spend plans, maintaining budget tracks, and coordinating funding actions across the program life cycle, including reviews with senior management and oversight authorities.

Qualifications

• Prepare, monitor, and update program requirements and spend plans.
• Maintain budget tracks at the program and project level.
• Analyze program performance and determine if resources are sufficient.
• Collect resource information and compare with historical data.
• Analyze impact of contract and engineering changes on baselines.
• Generate/coordinate funding documentation for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing resource data for program reviews and briefings.
• Support budget exercises and development of text, tables and exhibits.
• Use data sources for analytic studies on directorate programs.
