Job summary

EY seeks a Program Manager within Enterprise Technology, Program Execution, to lead delivery of large, multi-project initiatives globally. You will drive programs from demand through delivery, ensuring time, budget and quality targets are met, while aligning with EY's standards and global business objectives.

You will guide a dedicated team, manage senior stakeholders, and partner with the Business Office on forecasting and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering transformation programs globally across EY.
• Ability to lead and motivate a globally dispersed team.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the successful delivery of global programs across EY.
• Review project plans, roadmaps, risks and negotiate with senior leaders.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and SOWs.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs and budgets.
• Manage vendor agreements and contracts related to PM services.
• Promote sharing of best practices and new technologies.
