Responsibilities

• Direct and manage delivery of global programs with complex plans.
• Review project plans, roadmaps, risks; advise senior leaders.
• Ensure projects follow governance and SOW standards.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance targets.
• Manage vendor agreements and contracts for PM services.
• Promote sharing of best practices and new technologies.
• Develop and drive quality initiatives to increase delivery confidence.
• Lead delivery negotiations with third parties.
• Understand legal and commercial challenges in EY's global delivery.
