Job summary

You will drive governance adherence, optimize performance metrics, and mentor a dispersed team to achieve high-quality results in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering transformation projects and programs globally within EY.
• Ability to challenge and push back to the business for timely project demand.
• Experience leading a globally dispersed team of varying backgrounds and skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and capability to foster new approaches for complex challenges.
• Expert knowledge of project management, IT governance, and team management.
• Solid IT risk management knowledge and policy formulation.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the successful delivery of programs across EY globally.
• Review project plans, roadmaps, risks, and negotiate with senior leaders.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and SOWs.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage vendor agreements and contracts related to project management services.
• Develop and promote best practices and new technologies across IT programs.
• Lead talent development to meet business needs and reward success.
• Lead delivery negotiations with third parties involved in delivery teams.
• Navigate legal and commercial challenges in large-scale transformations.
